A vivid deep purple reflects the vintage and showcases the bright acidity; a lovely result from a warm harvest with refreshingly cool nights. This Malbec is primarily estate grown at our Union Gap Vineyard and is complex with layers of black fruits, plum and spice. The firm tannins grip the palate and help to create harmony with flavors of licorice, cola and oak notes. This wine is young now and will continue to develop over the next 12-15 years. Enjoy now after decanting for 1 hour or more, or cellar away!
